Khalsa Oilfield Equipment (P) Ltd. had been incorporated in 1989 from the existing partnership firm Khalsa Engineering Works, it was the pioneer in developing drag bits for use in the blast hole drilling operation and have been manufacturing since the year 1967 subsequently other oilfield drilling fast consuming spares and pump expendables were developed.
